I currently have a G-Lide DW-004 in red/black and also a DW-6600 (a classic model, I think).  My first G was a DW-5600 (with the old corner backlight).
My home PC is down at the moment but, when it's fixed/replaced, I'll send you some pics.

Best regards,

It is not pictured in youre "fakes" page, but it is not identical to the picture of the "genuine" DW-8200. Is this picture you show the ONLY configuration of a genuine DW-8200? Or are there perhaps others that you don't picture but are still real?

When the date changed, the planets moved so you cuold input a date and see how the planets looked on that day. I had one of these, back in 1988 new and then lost it a couple years ago during a snow storm. I'm looking for another just like it. Would you keep your eyes peeled? Thank you. - Kay

I own two at the minute a 12 beasts with the blue/white cloud strap and a blue face, and DW8040 in need of some minor repair. Hopefully getting another one soon. Must say this I'm forever impressed at the punishment these things can take - I've had many trips to hospital with injuries sustained from extreme sports and my trusty "G"s just keep on working no matter what. Keep the site going it's really good.

Nicolas, I want to have one or more Club-G's, but I seem not to have any luck. In December 2005 one disappeared in the mail when a close friend sent one to me as a gift to Bram. I still try to get one in the future, but they are relative expensive to get here (shipping costs).

Spartan Tom, great to hear from you in my guestbook. I didn't know you were a Mountainbiker, but there are a lot bikers on the Forum. I believe Stockea even rides races. Morpheus, I only can recommend eBay for you. I haven't seen many DW-6800 for sale, so they are probably hard to get, specially new. They are probably not very expensive though. All the best to you all, Sjors

Message: Aloha Kakou from Seattle! I'm from Hawaii but I'm living in Seattle now. I too, am a fan of G-Shock since I was a teenager in the 80's. I My first 'G was a DW-5600C I think. I used to take it off and show it off to my friends by throwing it at walls, on the floor, etc., It worked for a very long time, even with that kind of abuse! Later I bought a black DW-6100 thermometer and after that came my GT-000 G-Cool, followed by my Wademan and now a G-Viper Solar G-2310GH-8DR. You need to mention more about the G-Cool because it has more features than any other g-shock out there. It is my number one favorite 'G. It has all the id features, 100 pages for phone no#'s. has a scheduler, etc., Anyway, great site.

Message: Hello, I received my G-Shock Tough Solar G-2300 yesterday from Ebay and I love it! It cost $70 (U.S.) including shipping and handling. I had to get a replacement for my DW-6600. My battery in the DW-6600 died and after getting the battery on my DW-6600 replaced at a neighborhood watch repair shop, I went swimming. In 5 minutes, I noticed water inside the face of the watch. It was hopelessly damaged beyond repair. I should have taken it to an authorized Casio repair shop! I felt disappointed since I only paid $20 (U.S.) for it used from Ebay. Anyway, I had to wear my G-100 for a short time, but I usually wear it only at work. I wanted to get a model that I could wear when I'm not at work. When I learned that the G-2300 was a Tough Solar model, I purchased it. I look forward to many years without changing the battery if I even have to!

Message: Nice site, I found this site after I had done something terrible. I had an old G-shock probably 1st issue 5600 maybe a 5200. I thought it had a curse on it, so I left it in my drawer for about 10 years. That watch had crossed the ocean with me about 10 times and been all over the world too. When the battery died, I hit it with a big hammer many times. Then I discovered how much that watch was worth. I felt really bad and have been looking for a cheap 5600 screwback ever since. I did just buy a 12 beasts though I am sure I will like that one.

Message: Hello! I just remembered that I never signed your guestbook! Thats almost Rude sorry about that!! Great site you have and I visit it every day and have it bookmarked!. I noticed though that you have the wrong date for the Sunday news it was June 5'th not 6'th ;). And wow what a hot babe Noortje is(funny name I wonder how it is pronounced)! That custom G-Shock was made for her! Did she say what she said about it??. Maybe she is just scared wearing a mens size watch some girls gets freaked out about that!!. Did she say why she never wears any jewellery?. That sure is uncommon!. Maybe you can convince her to wear a Shock;). Hopefully maybe you can take some more picts with her!!. Also I think you should try to custom another G with one of those Leather cuffs they are high In fashion right now and it looks super!. I wonder why Casio dont make some like that??. They sure would sell! One picture that I love to see on your site would be you with alot of your favourite G-Shocks models(maybe 30 or so watches) lined up as a group in front of you! I love to see collectors pictures with lots of G's its like candy!!. That kind of picture is missing on your site!!. Also I have never seen you wearing your Haakonsen Riseman or your Wademan!!. Sincerely Joakim_A! Sweden!

Message: Hi Gonzalo, I just checked that picture. Oow, that seems to be a really beaten up Mud Resist Codename. The only other one I have ever seen is the one I own at the moment and I bought it about a year ago. It seems to bee a very rare model. I checked the sizes of my DW-8500 and my DW-8400 Mudman and found out the watchands are practicaly the same at the attachments. I can recommend you to order a DW-8400 watchband at Tiktox. I don't know where to find a new bezel, but if you can find one, a DW-8400 Mudman bezel would fit. I know in Japan there are complete sets available for Mudman's, which would be also an option. Cheers, Sjors

Message: Woohoo! I hope you don't mind me writing this, but the last update with Noortje and that wide leather cuff G-Shock is probably the sexiest thing I have ever seen! :D Damn, does she look stunning or what!? And what a perfect choice of G-Shock. I guess such a big watchband would look a bit over the top on most girls, but Noortje gets away with it! It suits her just perfectly! *thumbs up*
