Solution:
The clubs are not solid enough for a "gambling" 3NT. It is obvious that you should make a pre-emptive bid, as it is quite possible that the opponents can play game in one of their colours. You are too strong for 3 and even 4 would be timid with this holding. Therefore open 5 and if partner holds one or two key cards, you may even make the contract. If not, you will almost certainly have prevented the opponents from making game or more.
