Solution:

Do not consider bidding 3 NT. You may have only one spade stopper and if that is removed quickly, you may not be able to obtain nine tricks. Partner is likely to have an unbalanced hand and you hold a valuable hand yourself. This points to a suit contract. Therefore bid 4, you have at least an eight-card fit.
