Solution:
Apparently North-South seem to have the majority of the points, but since you are short in spades you cannot double for take-out. The solution is to bid 3NT. As you did not take action in the first round of the bidding, this cannot be a natural bid. It is meant as take-out, emphasizing the minor suits.
