Charles Burton’s Grantura - 8549

I have owned vehicle since 1971, bought
it from Ted Nott, my brother-in-law who purchased in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
in 1962. The car was totally reburished to spec in 1971 and I drove it a street
car each year. Approximately 1000 miles per year. The car was repainted
from original british racing green to silver back in 1972 and again repainted
back to the original colour in 1985. The interior has gone through two make overs.
The last being about 15 years ago. The vehicle has been maintained and all
replacements have been to original status, with the exception of interior
leather design. The car is currently being renovated , that is, the engine has
41,000 miles in running condition but I am currently having it rebuilt to
spect. The interior is again being redone, nut I do not remember what the
interior looked like specifically the interior doors had pockets, currently not
there and the gearshift leather covering and hand brake now is not correct. What
I need is photos of the interior for the doors and gearshift to ensure that
upholstery is done to spec. I expect to get my car back in early spring 2006 after
the engine job and new leather interior. And as usual drive my usual 1000 miles
during the spring and summer.
