2009 car destroyed in Victorian bushfires.
My father and I just bought a MkII TVR in
Australia.The car has an Australian CAMS race history, it was last raced in 1990
at lakeside and has sat under the same house for the last 16 years. We
plan to restore and race the car in the next year. The car has a
derrington head, 1588 motor and front disc brakes, but is a series II. The body
is rough (as the pictures show). We are going to get it taken back to bare
resign and then painted. Most parts are there, but it has been taken
apart over the years while it has been sitting under the house.
If anyone has any information about this car,
we would love to hear from you.
The chassis number is 7 C 402, engine number 9773.
