In the south of France, Languedoc/Minervois area, we own a house for permanent living The house is a luxurious bungalow, situated in a park with bungalows owned by private owners. Built on a hill, it overlooks a vineyard, which makes for a very lovely view. The house is available for third parties upon request.

The house contains  a sitting room-kitchen (36 m²), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 27 m² of terrace and a garage. It is suitable for lodging 6 persons comfortably.

Nearby are:

• summer recreation possibilities (swimming, sailing, surfing) on a lake (8 km)
• mountain bike paths (2 km)
• historical sites (Carcassonne at 40 km, Minerve at 15 km)
• the mediterranean (40 km)

Also, the Pyrenees and Spain (100 km) are eligible for day trips.
