Muse + The Noisettes
Brabanthallen, Den Bosch, 28 november 2006

Anneke arrived in Tilburg (for a change!) at half past 5 and we cooked some dinner, took the evil train to Den Bosch. Over there we couldn't find the Brabanthallen (the venue) first, but we just left the station at the wrong side. When we got there, The Noisettes were already playing so we watched them but they didn't play that long.
They were very good again but the circumstances were just totally different, today it was in a HUGE hall (really really huge) and with different people and all. After a while we decided that we were going to sit on the tribunes in the back, because we didn't have good places and there were annoying people pushing and we were still tired from the day before and we're getting old :P

From there we couldn't really see the bandmembers very well (even though there were screens) but we did have an amazing view at the whole visual show, there was a big cone (or something) where the drumkit was placed and there were lights and screens everywhere. Really nice. And the gig was great too! I've loved Muse since I first heard them (which was when I was 14 or 15) but the last few years I didn't listen to them that much anymore. I also didn't really know what to think about their new album, but now that I've heard it live it all makes sense. Not that they only played those songs, we kept up with the setlist:

Take A Bow
Butterflies And Hurricanes
Map Of The Problematique
New Born
City Of Delusion
Plug In Baby
Forced In
Hysteria
Citizen Erased
Hoodoo
Invincible
Supermassive Black Hole
Time Is Running Out
Stockholm Syndrome
------------------
Starlight
Bliss
------------------
Knights Of Cydonia

Stole some pics (well you can see where I got them from so I suppose it's just 'borrowing'):
