The complete MARILLION discography V2.27 (01-Jul-2002) Part 1: Marillion with Fish The discography consists of the following parts: Part 1: Marillion with Fish discography Part 2: Marillion with Steve Hogarth Part 3: Fish Solo discography Part 4: Marillion/Fish outside Projects (Marillion Member's work done before they entered Marillion, charity singles, sampler albums, etc.) Part 5: Marillion Vinyl Bootleg discography Part 6: Marillion CD Bootleg discography Part 7: Marillion with Fish list of Variations (By Roberto Meloni) They are available through my WWW-pages: HTTP://members.tripod.com/~Marillion_disco/ The data found in this discography are from my own collection, from The Web Holland/DMF/Freaks/The Company Holland issues (all Dutch or former Dutch fan club magazines), from postings in the freaks mailing list, posting in a.m.m, and from previous discography's, such as the one from Adrie van Hoogstraten (hence the version 2.0). I hope to get a lot of corrections/additions from you to make (and keep) this a complete and accurate discography So, I hope you will send me your additions, also if you only have a little to add, all little pieces make a complete document. Send your e-mails to: Bert ter Steege steege@zeelandnet.nl / bert@ter-steeg.com First some information about what is in and what is out The first goal is to list all legally available works, released on vinyl, cassette and CD. Not included books and videos. For this information, I will refer to the FAQ compiled by Jeroen Schipper. Singles are presented in normal lettering and albums are in CAPITALS. All abbreviations are obvious. I'll try to include all known information. Track Time (Total Time in MCe of CD's), Label Catalogue numbers, date of release, Country of origin, all tracks on each item in the right order. If you think this discography is missing information, than please tell me. If you see errors (also grammar, Dutch is my native language, not English), drop me a line. Suggestions are also welcome. Don't be afraid to ask or add. I will try to answer all e-mails personally within a week. Sleeve Notes: "So here I am once more " The tracks on the B-Side of this record, originally recorded in September '82 as the first release of the band, were re-recorded with John Marter on drums; at the Marquee Studios in September '83 for intended release in the U.S.A. in spring '84. As we enter the phase of the second album, 'Fugazi', we decided to release these versions of 'Market Square Heroes' and 'Three Boats down from the Candy' in the U.K. and to pace the originally planned B Side on the upcoming album to take its playing time to approx. 48 minutes. We hope you find the development of these tracks over the first year as interesting and enjoyable as we have. Thanks for the support through the year of 'The Script' and we hope to see you on the next tour. Having just completed a hugely successful European tour, the band comes to America to perform as the specially-invited guest of Rush, and also to play some of their own selected headline concerts. To com-memorate the tour, this mini-album is being released primarily as a thank you to existing fans, but also as an introduction to the uninitiated. Side one contains two studio tracks, "Lady Nina" and "Freaks", which were both recorded at Hansa Studios, Berlin, Germany, in March, 1985, and are unavailable elsewhere in the U.S.A. The remaining songs were recorded live at London's Hammersmith Odeon on January 9 & 10, 1986, and features "Kayleigh", a track from the current album, "Misplaced Childhood", plus the title tracks from the first two albums of the trilogy, "Script for a Jester's Tear" and "Fugazi".
