Chassis
7/C/179. Colour Red. Bought 1st April 1979. I bought it with an MGA 1622c
engine, the Coventry Climax was long gone. It was running when I bought it and
I have been trying to re-store it ever since - university, and a couple of
house moves all causing delays through lack of time and cash ! Still work
in progress! The picture was taken in April 2008 - I am currently working on
getting the body back in shape by re-tissueing the glassfibre. I hope to be in
a position to separate the chassis and body sometime this year and to repair
the chassis where needed.
