Titulary
Peribsen may have changed his titulary somewhere
during his reign from Horus-Sekhemib to Seth-Peribsen. Both
titularies are given here.
1. Sekhemib

Hr sxm ib |
Horus, Sekhemib ("Horus, powerfull of heart") |
 |
Hr sxm ib, pr n mAa.t |
Horus, Sekhemib Per-en-Maat ("Horus, powerfull of heart, who has come forth from the cosmical order") |
 |
nb.tj sxm ib, pr n mAa.t |
Nebti, Sekhemib Per-en-Maat ("The Two Ladies, powerfull
of heart, who has come forth from the cosmical order") |
2. Peribsen
Because this part of the titulary starts with the name
of the god Seth,
where one would expect Horus,
it is refered to as Seth-name.
 |
stX pr ib=sn |
Seth, Peribsen ("Seth, the one who has come forth from
"them". It is not clear what this name refers to") |
 |
nb.tj pr ib=sn |
Nebti Peribsen ("The Two Ladies, the one who has come
forth from them") |
